Currently our Criminal Division has two general felony trial teams.  These teams handle all non-SVU felonies in the Fourth District Court.  One team handles all cases before Judges McDade, Hansen, McVey and Howard, and one team handles all cases before Judges Taylor, Laycock, Mortensen and Davis.  These prosecutors handle everything from felony DUI to robbery, theft, assault and drug distribution.
