NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in an effort to comply with CDC guidelines and local health guidelines, the Utah 百丽宫appapp Community 百丽宫app Office, including the Fire Marshal's Office is trying to limit walk-in business from the general public where possible. During this time, we will continue to perform all functions of the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage you to submit plans, permit or land use applications, or other documents, through the following options:

1. Send digital copies via email to the applicable staff person (see below) if new application, or to the staff person you are working with on existing applications. Mail applicable fees to address listed below;
2. Mail your application, documents, and required fees to:

3. Schedule an appointment to submit your application with staff from the Community 百丽宫app Office by calling the following number: 801-851-8343 or numbers listed below. Applicable fees can be paid at that time in the usual manner. Persons entering the office will be asked to maintain social distancing and to follow all local health guidelines and mandates. Persons who are sick should arrange for others to handle the appointment. Community 百丽宫app will make every effort to accommodate requested appointments as quickly as possible.
