Often, the customer has the need for automation which is not standard on the market or needs some adaptions or specials. Sometimes the desire is for a unique machine. In some cases, a complete machine line consisting of one or multiple standard machines surrounded or followed by custom machinery is necessary. As a machine constructor we we handle every question in a detailed way. Typical questions are the automation of pick & place, assembly, palletiser, depalletiser, stacking or destacking and others. We begin with defining the type of system; whether is mechatronics, scara robotics, 6-axis robotics, gantry or vectorrobots with their custom (or standard) robot gripper. Peripheral standard esuipment can be seamlessly integrated. Additional buffering or conveyor systems are also made in-house, from conveyor belts to roller conveyors to chain conveyors to elevators and buffer tables. Once the rough concept is defined, detailed engineering begins.
