Hygienic environments.

In the food industry, we often choose food grade PU, PVC or polycord conveyor belts. INOX flattop chain conveyors or modular link conveyors are equally considered, often with a stainless steel 304 or 316 frame. Retractable conveyors are also typical in the food industries. We take into account your cleaning procedures and washdown protocols.

In the pharmaceutical industries, we use enclosed structures and keep in mind cleaning procedures with ethanols. We often use POM change parts to be fully compliant with GMP.

Rough environments.

VEMECH machine constructing is very detailed about their mechanical engineering. All kinds of special or hard environments have already been studied by us. Whether your desired internal transport system has to handle heavy, filthy or wet products, or is stationed in a dusty or even ATEX environment, VEMECH helps you with your journey.

Packaging.

In packaging or your warehouse, VEMECH typically installs modular conveyors, roller conveyors or chain conveyors. Flowsorters or sorters, angle conveyors and rotary tables are common in these industries, where products are often form-fitting and easy to handle.

Shoot-nose conveyors and servo-controlled precision conveying systems find their application in several industries and are not unheard of technologies for VEMECH, just like vibratory feeders or vibratory feeders or spiral screws. For your special questions in automation, we are at your service.

Accumulation systems.

VEMECH has different types of buffer systems, ranging from rotary tables or collection tables to rectangular modular accumulation tables. Buffer systems with several levels or on elevator systems on paternoster principle are also a possibility. Sometimes an industrial robot with rack is used to provide a temporary buffer.
