As a one-stop-shop machine constructor, we have all the skills to engineer, manufacture, install and maintain your automation demand. With 32 employees have various profiles to perform every step of your automation, whether in painted steel, aluminum or INOX stainless steel.
Our workshop covers more than 3,500 m² so that your project can be fully built and tested in-house.

At VEMECH Machine construction, we understand all too well that setting up an automation project comes with its challenges, which is why we take control from the very beginning.
We guide you step by step through the entire project process, where detailed planning, comprehensive risk analyses and proof of concepts are indispensable.
Engineering
VEMECH’s engineering team designs fully customized automation projects, always in close consultation with the customer and in compliance with applicable industrial standards and regulations.
Depending on the project needs, we create a simulation, a 2D drawing (AutoCAD) or a 3D model (SolidWorks), this way we can thoroughly analyze performance, safety, risks, ease of use and return on investment, among others, at an early stage.

Thanks to our focus on mechanical complexity and customization, over the years we have built a strong reputation as a reliable partner in prototype machine development.
Production
We have our own A-Z metalworking process
allowing us to have a full in-house production of all machine parts, without outsourcing. Especially for stainless steel / stainless steel. This allows for last-minute, very fast and flexible modifications.

CNC Turning and milling
VEMECH owns three turning machines and three milling machines for flexible last-minute adaptions.
CNC Laser cutting
Our laser cutting machines gives ultra precise and clean finishes to our machines.
Bending
Our two sheet metal bending machines make sure every frame of your machine is neatly designed.
Welding
With our highly trained MIG and TIG welders we offer a large program of 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminium or simply steel manufacturing.
Glass bead blasting
For the pharmaceutical and food industries ,we make sure the finish of your machine parts are smooth and hygienic, thanks to our glass bead blasting cell.
Construction & Assembly
All freshly developed machines, production lines, conveyor systems and robots are assembled on site and undergo endurance testing during factory acceptance testing. Our spacious production facility allows us to make adjustments quickly on site, allowing VEMECH to distinguish itself in flexibility.
Delivery and installation
VEMECH is responsible for shipping, installing and preparing your machine for use – both within Europe and abroad. We then carry out a Site Acceptance Test or a comprehensive validation, so that you can be sure of optimum performance and maximum safety. If necessary, we also effortlessly arrange the required external inspections.
After delivery, we remain involved: we supervise the start-up phase and offer customized service afterwards, tailored to the specific needs of your company.
