Our team provides you with planningsdetails, risk analysis and if necessary Proof Of Concepts to eliminate risks throughout your automation project.
Engineering
VEMECH’s engineering team will meticulously design machinery tailored to specific user requirements, industry (safety) standards and regulatory guidelines. Our engineers thrive on mechanical complexity and customization. As a result, VEMECH has built a solid reputation as a reliable partner for the development of prototypes. During offer or porject phase, our engineering team designs a simulation, 2D (Autocad) or 3D-model (Solidworks) to thoroughly analyze performance, functionalities, safety, risks, usability, ROI and more. We have specific knowlegde in:

- GMP guidelines
- FAGG guidelines
Production
VEMECH carries an extensive stock of raw materials to allow manufacturing at strict deadlines. Our production holds a wide range of machinery for the production of individual components, custom spare parts or complete industrial machinery.
We have our in-house A-Z metalworking process which allows us to have a full inhouse production of all machine components, without outsourcing. In particular for stainless steel / inox. This enables last-minute very fast and flexible adaptions.

CNC Turning and milling
VEMECH owns three turning machines and three milling machines for flexible last-minute adaptions.
CNC Laser cutting
Our laser cutting machines gives ultra precise and clean finishes to our machines.
Bending
Our two sheet metal bending machines make sure every frame of your machine is neatly designed.
Welding
With our highly trained MIG and TIG welders we offer a large program of 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminium or simply steel manufacturing.
Glass bead blasting
For the pharmaceutical and food industries ,we make sure the finish of your machine parts are smooth and hygienic, thanks to our glass bead blasting cell.
Construction & Assembly
All machinery is assembled on site. Each freshly produced prototype / custom made or standard machine (line) or conveying system is subjected to an endurance engineering test before the evaluation during the Factory Acceptance Test. Quick adaptions can be made on-site during this stage thanks to our large production facility. VEMECH differentiates themselves from their competitors by their flexibilty.
Delivery and installation
VEMECH takes care of your machine being shipped, installed and ready to use, wether the destination lies in Europe or abroad. A Site Acceptance Test or in some cases, a more extended validation process, is carried out to ensure full performance and safety after leaving the site. With a full knowledge of different industries, we have protocols that fits the need of the sector. The parhmaceutical industry uses very strict hygienic procedures, which are very known to us. ATEX and dusty environments require other protocols. Even outdoor, freezing or wet environments are no issue to us.
