Our experience in severe and harsh environments.
VEMECH has very specific expertise in harsh or sterile environments. For example, we are very familiar with the stringent requirements of automation in laboratories, cleanrooms and food production facilities. Knowledge of the proper GMP, FAGG, FDA and other regulations for implementing automation systems such as conveyors and robots in a conditioned cleanroom or hygienic area is a must. We even guide you in customizing components that are fully washdown or autoclave proof. We provide great added value in these areas because we have a strong stainless steel program and have our own glass bead blasting machine for surface treatment.
And our experience does not end there. Other harsh environments are welcome at VEMECH. Humid, dusty, cold and ATEX environments suit our company.
